The ZQ600 series is a high-performance PLC introduced by ZhongChen. Its design and development fully comply with the PLC open specifications and IEC 61131-3 standards, supporting programming languages such as ST, LD, SFC, and CFC. It features a powerful CPU, a stable and reliable software and hardware system design, and extensive expansion capabilities. This series is primarily used in motion control scenarios and complex network configurations on production lines, particularly suitable for multi-channel servo control, EtherCAT ring networks, and the integration of multiple bus protocols.

Dual-core/Four-core processor, 1.4/1.6GHz clock speed, nanosecond instruction processing speed
500μs period 32 axis synchronous control, 1ms period 64 axis synchronous control.
128M Byte program capacity, 128MByte data capacity (including 5MByte support for power failure).
The main unit can be expanded with 32 QY20 series I/O modules, supporting DI, DO, AD, DA, PT, and TC. Data is retained even during power failures without the need for an external UPS module.

Comprehensive communication interfaces

Supports two Ethernet ports, LAN1 of which can be configured as EtherCAT. EtherCAT supports up to 32/64/96 axis control and can connect 256 EtherCAT slaves. LAN2 supports ProfiNET master, while LAN1 and LAN2 both support 63 Modbus TCP slaves and 50 OPC UA session (client) connections. LAN1 and LAN2 both support EtherNET/IP master and slave.
Supports two RS485 communication channels (both master and slave modes) and one CAN communication channel, including 127 slaves when used as a CAN open master. CAN Free Protocol is also supported.
USB download of monitoring programs and firmware upgrades are supported.
Supports RJ45 network port protocol customization, and supports Modbus or EtherNet/IP with multiple IP addresses of different network segments through function expansion modules.

Flexible and comprehensive performance.

1ms cycle, 8-axis synchronous control, supports up to 64 axes.
The entire series supports EtherCAT linear, star, and ring network topology. Branch integration is possible via expansion modules.
